CRIB Launches the “CRIB Women for Women” Initiative to Celebrate the Achievements of Singaporean Women Entrepreneurs
CRIB is Singapore’s first business and lifestyle incubator targeted at women. The social enterprise, founded in September 2014 by Tjin Lee, Dr Elaine Kim, Marilyn Lum and Mei Chee, aims to empower and encourage women from all walks of life to create successful and innovative businesses through networking, matchmaking and business incubation – all this while maximizing the elusive goal of achieving a fulfilling work-life balance.
CRIB launched its CRIB Women for Women initiative at the Singapore Art Museum (official event partner) on 26th March, 2015. The overall atmosphere was highly charged and inspirational as women shared their dreams, aspirations and stories. More than 50 guests were in attendance at the launch event, including CRIB co-founders and volunteers, media and iconic Singaporean women entrepreneurs such as Elim Chew (77th Street), Cheryl Gan (Mount Sapola), Shermay Lee (Shermay’s Cooking School) and Sabrina Tan (Skin Inc).
