Defying The Mainstays of Tapas, ESQUINA Launched a New Menu by Chef Carlos Montobbio
In September 2015, Spanish tapas diner, ESQUINA unveiled a new menu of artful creations under the culinary direction of the newly appointed Executive Chef Carlos Montobbio. Constructed with an emphasis on creativity, freshness and authenticity, ESQUINA continued to push the boundaries of Spanish dining with inventive rendition of tapas.
Since its launch in December 2011, ESQUINA had established itself as the go-to place for unique tapas and social gatherings. Helming the ESQUINA kitchen from September 2015 onwards, the Barcelona- born Chef Carlos’ seasonal menu featured a medley of new additions inspired by his fond memories of Spain and experiences in Singapore.
